Theresa Grant-Narasimhan
Theresa Grant-Narasimhan is the Founder and CEO of Make A Difference (MAD) Now, an organization dedicated to providing quality educational opportunities and care to orphaned and disadvantaged youth. MAD has been reducing poverty by providing long-term education support to vulnerable children from primary school through college as well as business empowerment programs to young women. Since its inception in 2008, MAD has impacted the lives of more than 50,000 people in the Kilimanjaro Region of Tanzania as well as Zambia, Haiti, Syria, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Burundi, Lebanon, India and the USA. Grant-Narasimhan oversees MAD’s global operations. She has extensive experience in marketing, managing international staff, board of directors, advisors, interns and volunteers as well as sponsorship programs, charity climbs and corporate social responsibility events. Prior to founding MAD she was the international director of Courage To Be You in Zambia, Africa and worked for various high tech startups in the Silicon Valley. She was born and raised in Hailey, Idaho.
