Sarah G. Draper

Sarah G. Draper

Sarah G. Draper is a retired FBI Supervisory Special Agent. Prior to the FBI, she was an officer in the U.S. Army Military Police Corps and served in Germany, South Korea, and Washington. Sarah has a B.S. in Environmental Science from the U.S. Military Academy (West Point) and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership (Global Leadership concentration) from Gonzaga University. She is a certified Positive Psychology Practitioner and Resilience Practitioner, and a Health and Well-being Coach, and certified in Business Communications. Via the University of Virginia, Sarah taught courses in leadership and wellness. Sarah is married with two teenage daughters and lives in Boise, Idaho, where she founded Leading Well Strategies to help leaders create thriving organizational cultures.
